One Minute Mile: July 28, 2020

This is an ongoing weekly feature in which I take one mile of running, squeeze it into one minute of video and add some music. Today’s clip is from a longer 6 mile recovery run, which goes through the endlessly same neighborhood streets of Country Knolls. It was crazy hot, I got a bit of a sunburn, but I jumped into a wonderfully cool pool immediately after. It was well worth the heat. Enjoy!

Summer running makes me sweat, and all that sweat makes me thirsty, really thirsty. At the end of my longer runs I find that my mouth and lips get all gummy and gross, especially if it’s really hot and humid. One Minute Mile: July 21, 2020

This is an ongoing weekly feature in which I take one mile of running, squeeze it into one minute of video and add some music. Today’s One Minute Mile is from a longer 6 mile recovery run, which starts along the edge of Washington Park, goes by the New York State Capitol building, through the Empire State Plaza and around the upper level of the New York State Museum.
