Albany Pine Bush Preserve

The Albany Pine Bush Preserve is one of my favorite places to run on a daily basis. I live in the heart of Albany, NY, so the Pine Bush is a quick escape to a beautiful area with lots of great running trails. The Pine Bush “is home to an unlikely ecological gem. Rolling sand dunes blanketed in pine, oak, heaths and prairie grass stretch for miles across an ancient lake bed.”
